Cooling Urban Heat Islands

Challenge: Cities like Manila absorb heat from asphalt and concrete, raising temperatures by ~2-4°C, increasing energy use for cooling (DOE Philippines, 2025).

Solution: Our wireless corridors (657kW, 16km) and bays (11-72kW) require minimal road disruption compared to wired chargers needing extensive trenching, reducing heat-absorbing surfaces.

Impact: In Metro Manila, 10 systems (160km corridors) could lower urban heat by ~0.5-1°C, saving ~5-10% on cooling energy for 1,000 buildings, enhancing livability.

Preserving Biodiversity

Challenge: Traditional charging stations require land clearing, threatening ecosystems near rivers like the Pasig or Saigon.

Solution: Bayani Volt’s river-based corridors (e.g., 10km along Pasig) integrate with existing infrastructure, minimizing land use and protecting habitats.
