Phase 1: Foundation (Q4 2025)

Complete Website Development

Target: Live by December 2025
Action: Raise money to register business in Singapore ($400), Acquire Paypal/Wise business account, finalize public pages, members-only sections, and campaigns.
Outcome: Central hub for community engagement, donations, and project updates.

Begin to Raise Funds for Provisional Patent Application (PPA) Singapore

Goal: Establish corporate structure and validate technology.

Fund and File PPA Singapore
- Target: ₱150,000 ($3000 USD)
- Timeline: January 2026
- Action: Begin donation campaign to use funds to hire Singapore legal for drafting and filing.
- Outcome: "Patent pending" status for investor confidence.
Incorporate Bayani Volt Corporation
- Target: ₱1.67M for legal fees
- Timeline: February 2026
- Action: Register with SEC, obtain DOST/BOI approvals, ensure 60% Filipino ownership (RA 7042 compliance).
- Outcome: Legal entity for partnerships and grants.
Fund Influencer Outreach
- Target: ₱84,000
- Timeline: March 2026
- Action: Hire local influencer for viral campaigns (TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to build awareness and fund the first prototypes
- Outcome: 20M+ views, donor engagement, community buzz.
Raise ~₱750,000 (~$15,000) Build Prototype Bay/Charging Corridor-1 section
- Target: ₱200,00 ($4,000) Charging Bay
- Target: ₱550,000 ($9500) Charging Corridor-1 section
- Timeline: April–June 2026
- Action: Fabricate one Standard Bay and 1 charging corridor section using sourced copper and components.
- Outcome: Physical demo for testing and video proof.

Goal: Launch Pasig pilot and scale to daily operations with partnerships, grants and donations.

Launch Pasig River Pilot
- Target: ₱16M–19M
- Timeline: Q3 2026
- Action: Deploy 16km corridor (360 transmitter units, 657kW), charge ~18,000 e-bikes/e-trikes, partner with LGUs.
- Outcome: ~410 tons CO2/month saved, daily operations, revenue from leasing.
Validate & Iterate
- Target: 6 months testing
- Timeline: Q4 2026
- Action: Test with UP Diliman EEI, gather data on 96% efficiency and 4–6 ft range.
- Outcome: Full patent filing, performance report for investors.
Scale to Metro Manila
- Target: 100 km corridors
- Timeline: 2027
- Action: Expand to EDSA/C5 with developer partnerships for toll roads.
- Outcome: 100,000+ EVs, national momentum.

Donors: Fund PPA, influencer, prototype (₱250–₱20M tiers).
