Bayani Volt Action Plan: From PPA to Prototype
My roadmap for launching the world's fastest, least expensive, and most efficient dynamic wireless "drive-by" charging system in the world!
Phase 1: Foundation (Q4 2025)
Complete Website Development
-
Target: Live by December 2025
-
Action: Raise money to register business/corporation in Singapore ($400-1500), Acquire Paypal/Wise business account, finalize public pages, members-only sections, and campaigns.
-
Outcome: Central hub for community engagement, donations, and project updates.
Begin to Raise Funds for PCT for international patent Singapore
-
Target: ₱500,000
-
Timeline: March 2026
-
Action: Launch donation campaign on website.
-
Outcome: File PPA with Singapore to protect core technology.
Phase 2 Legal and Prototyping
Goal: Establish corporate structure and validate technology
-
Incorporate Super Volt Entity in Singapore
Establish a Singapore-based holding company to serve as the primary vehicle for international IP ownership, fundraising, and partnerships. Singapore's pro-business environment, strong IP framework, and access to Asian capital markets make it the ideal hub for our next growth phase. -
Target budget: Approximately $400–$1,500 USD (including government fees, registered address, nominee director, and basic compliance setup).
-
Timeline: Complete incorporation within 1–2 weeks of document preparation.
-
Responsible: Leadership team, with support from a trusted corporate service provider (e.g., ACRA-approved agent).
-
File PCT International Patent Application via IPOS (Singapore)
Secure broad international protection for Bayani Volt core innovations (high air-gap dynamic wireless charging, sequential coil activation, efficiency enhancements) through a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) filing. This provides up to 30 months to enter national phases in key markets while establishing priority. -
Use IPOS as Receiving Office and International Searching Authority for optimized process and costs.
-
Estimated total cost: $5,000–$10,000 USD (including WIPO fees, search/exam, and patent attorney drafting).
-
Timeline: File immediately following incorporation to align with any existing priority dates.
-
Responsible: IP counsel (to be engaged post-incorporation).
-
Execute Influencer-Led Fundraising & Awareness Campaign
Launch a targeted digital campaign to achieve 20 million impressions/views, drive donor engagement, and build community excitement around Super Volt's mission of seamless, infrastructure-embedded EV charging. -
Focus: Short-form video content highlighting dynamic charging benefits for Philippine e-trikes/EVs, prototype teasers, efficiency graphs, and real-world impact (cost savings, CO₂ reduction).
-
Tactics: Collaborate with EV/tech influencers (micro to mid-tier for cost-efficiency), integrate calls-to-action for donations/crowdfunding, and tie progress to visible milestones.
-
Platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X — with cross-promotion to supervolt.ph.
-
Goal metrics: 20M+ total views/impressions, sustained donor growth, and increased Founding Member sign-ups.
-
Timeline: 4–6 weeks preparation, 2–3 month active campaign run.
-
Raise $15,000 USD to Build & Demonstrate First Static Charging Bay/Corridor Prototype
Fund and construct a single static bay/section prototype (lab or small-scale physical setup) to prove core Bayani Volt performance: 1.2–1.8 m wireless range, ~96% efficiency, and power transfer validation. This will serve as undeniable proof-of-concept for investors, partners, and the community. -
Allocation: Materials & components ($6,000–$8,000), fabrication/testing space ($3,000–$5,000), safety/monitoring (~$1,000–$2,000).
-
Integration: Link directly to the influencer campaign as the flagship milestone ("Fund the world's first invisible Bayani Volt charging bay!"). Provide regular updates and video proof to donors.
-
Timeline: Secure funds within campaign window; complete build and demo within 2–3 months post-funding.
-
Responsible: Technical team, with oversight from Singapore entity once established.
-
Next Steps & Dependencies
-
Phase 2 success unlocks Phase 3: Multi-section corridor pilot and broader partnerships.
-
All activities prioritize compliance, transparency, and alignment with our mission to deliver sustainable, accessible wireless charging for the Philippines and beyond.
Phase 3: Pilot & Expansion (Q3 2026 – 2027)
Goal: Launch Pasig pilot and scale to daily operations with partnerships, grants and donations.
-
Launch Pasig River Pilot
-
Target: ₱16M–19M
-
Timeline: Q3 2026
-
Action: Deploy 16km corridor (360 transmitter units, 657kW), charge ~18,000 e-bikes/e-trikes, partner with LGUs.
